The Team
We employ early years practitioners with the right qualifications, training, experience and approach for the all important job of caring for your little ones. We work on adult to child ratios which are significantly higher than the national average and Ofsted regulations. We are very proud of our highly qualified and experienced team and are committed to ongoing training for our team members.
When your child joins our nursery they will be allocated a key person. Their key person will be responsible for keeping your little one safe, happy, and also provide the all important care and love throughout the day. They will also give you a daily diary and they are available for you to contact at all times. At the end of each day you child's key person will run through their activities with you. The daily sheet is a key record of your child's development and achievements on a day to day basis.
Both nurseries are family run, and we think it is key that our staff work as a family team giving the children the home from home environment you are looking for.
